How do I care for my jewelry?
Keep pieces dry and away from perfume, lotion and water. Store flat or hanging, ideally in the pouch it arrives in. A quick wipe with a soft cloth keeps beads and findings looking their best. With a little care, your piece will last for years.
Shipping & returns
Orders ship within 3–5 business days via tracked mail, and U.S. shipping is free on orders over $75. Because every piece is one-of-a-kind and made by hand, returns are accepted within 14 days on unworn items — just reach out and I'll take care of you.
Do you take custom orders?
Sometimes, yes! If you have a color palette, a favorite stone, or an occasion in mind, send me a note through the form and we'll see what we can dream up together.
Will a sold-out piece come back?
Not the exact one — each design is truly made only once. But new pieces arrive regularly, so join the mailing list to be first to see them.
